By booking with The Hen & Stag Planner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and obligations, and form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

2. Financial Protection
We are a fully accredited travel company providing complete financial protection:
ABTA Protection: As a member of ABTA, we adhere to a strict Code of Conduct and offer consumer financial protection under UK law.
ATOL Protection: All flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected, ensuring you’re not left out of pocket if we or a supplier cease trading.
IATA Accreditation: Our IATA membership allows us to work directly with airlines, giving you better access, pricing, and security.

3. Booking & Payment Terms
A £75 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
The full balance is due no later than 3 months (12 weeks) before the departure date.
If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and deposits retained.
Payments must be made via our secure payment link using debit or credit card. Bank transfers are not accepted.

4. Group Requirements & Age Policy
All participants must be 18 or over, unless accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21+.
It is your responsibility to ensure that everyone in your group complies with these terms.

5. Amendments by You
Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible at our discretion, subject to availability.
A change or amendment fee of £25 per person applies for each modification requested.

6. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following charges apply:
More than 90 days before departure: Deposit only
60–89 days: 50% of total cost
30–59 days: 75% of total cost
Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost
All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead booker.

7. Changes or Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to make changes to or cancel your booking in rare and unavoidable circumstances (e.g., supplier failure, force majeure). You will be offered:
A comparable alternative, OR
A full refund if the alternative is unacceptable

8. Conduct & Alcohol Use
Hen and stag parties often involve alcohol, but safety and respectful behaviour remain your group’s responsibility at all times.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, arrests, fines, or additional costs incurred as a result of:
Excessive drinking
Disorderly behavior
Breach of local laws or venue rules
We reserve the right to cancel services or remove individuals from activities without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, offensive, or disruptive.

9. Travel Insurance
You must have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal injury, cancellations, lost property, and supplier failure. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to obtain insurance.

10. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring all group members have valid passports, visas, and health documents as required for travel. No refunds will be issued for travel denied due to missing or invalid documentation.

11. Liability
We accept responsibility only for the services we directly provide. We are not liable for actions or negligence by third-party providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transport companies). Liability is limited to the value of the services booked.

12. Complaints

13. Data Protection
We protect your personal information in line with UK data laws. Your data will be used only for booking and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your booking.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
